Guided Mindful Walking Meditation in English

Mindful walking is a meditation practice in movement, were we aim to discover our body in action. The "walking" is the way to access our body, our thoughts and emotions.
Mindful walking is a wonderful possibility to take a pause, to step out of our busy lives and reconnect with our senses

We will meet at the parking of the Arboretum coming from the Vlaktedreef in 3080 Tervuren and discover the wonderful walking paths .
Please wear comfortable clothing and solid shoes !
We will walk with all weather, in case of strong rain I will contact you and cancel the event.

As we are starting our session at 11:00 am sharp, I invite you to be there 10 min earlier.
